Winemaker Kevin McCarthy realised the potential of Pinot Grigio on the Mornington Peninsula, planting the first vines, creating the first wine. His winemaking is artisan and pure, reflecting the character of the maritime Mornington Peninsula. The Cellar Door is a fitting place to try the cutting-edge styles for which Kevin is renowned; an ambient, wooden shed filled with winemaking knowledge.
