As we welcome rays of sunshine, enjoy long, sunny afternoons with one of our favourite cocktail recipes: the Spring Spritz!


Place the herbs and flowers into the holes of an ice cube tray, fill with water and freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.

Pour T’Gallant Prosecco NV, elderflower liqueur, the cordial and a large handful of ice cubes into a large jug. Stir until the outside of the jug feels cold then strain into four tall glasses or champagne flutes. Add the herb and flower ice and top up with sparkling water. Serve immediately and enjoy!
